All orders placed between April 1st -April 30th Will NOT be eligible for RETURNS OR EXCHANGE. Please verify all items are correct prior to submitting payment! Thank you for your understanding and for shopping with us.
If an error was made on our behalf, please notify us immediately by email within 2 days of delivery. The email must include the order number and a picture of the product. A store credit for future purchases will be issued once we received the product at our distribution facility. Shipping fees will also be reimbursed. Furthermore, please send your package with a tracking number as we will not be held reliable for packages lost or mishandled during transit to our facility.

GINS is NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages! The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number has been issued. For a lost or stolen item please contact your local USPS office to request a trace.
